A Second Chakra Crystal Yoga Workshop with Yin, Pranayama, Meditation, and Satsang.

We will begin by setting our intentions with a Sacral Chakra discussion and Crystal Gift. Pranayama and Yin will connect us with our 2nd Chakra, the center of Pleasure and Abundance. A guided meditation with crystals will help clear limiting beliefs related to our sacral chakra so that we may celebrate the sweetness life has to offer. We will share and connect with our community and set intentions for a fruitful future!
